SPECTRUMTECH: Finalist for Innovation & Collaboration of the Year – Presented by the Unicorn Children’s Foundation. “SPECTRUMTECH is the result of collaboration between two non-profit corporations United Community Options of Broward (UCO) and Helping Adults with Autism Perform and Excel (HAPPE), that have pooled their resources and experience to create a first of its kind in the Eastern United States. It was developed to address the challenges of adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and empower them after they graduate from school by providing training and employment in Computer Software Testing. This collaboration has provided a work setting where adults with Autism can thrive.
